Meet The Oakland Coliseum City, City Of Oakland Negotiating Team

This is the City of Oakland group that is evaluating the Coliseum City proposal submitted by Floyd Kephart and the one I submitted to the Oakland Raiders via Mark Davis: former Emeryville City Manager John Flores, Director of Planning Claudia Cappio, former Oakland City Manager Henry Gardner, new Oakland Economic Development Director Mark Sawicki, City Economic Development Consultant Pat Cashman, Rehab Advisor Larry Gallegos, City Attorney Barbara Parker, and her lawyer Daniel Rossi. The group consists of bureaucrats and not deal makers, which is why my proposal was not evaluated beyond someone (I will not say who) issuing a half-baked opinion. Jerry Keyser of Keyser Marston Associates is the economic consultant advising them. (Dan Rascher's the best for this.) A task force with private and public professionals would have been better.
