A video clearly shows how University Of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing killed an unarmed 43-year old black man named Samuel DuBose during a routine traffic stop. You can hear Tensing ask him to get out of the car and when Sam just goes to get his keys to turn off the car, Tensing says " what is that?" and shoots him in the head. Then Tensing runs away from him and then comes back to the car where DuBose is dead, and makes up a story saying DuBose grazed or hit him with the car. This is awful. Tensing was charged with murder.
