Jake Tapper Ask Texas Gov Rick Perry If State Will Protect Theaters From Open Carry Lawsuits?

CNN's Jake Tapper says Texas Governor Rick Perry thinks state should allow open carry of guns in theaters. So ask him if Texas will cover lawsuit costs from shootings that happen in theaters with open carry laws? The reason theaters have a no guns policy is to avoid lawsuits that would happen if they did allow guns. Gun advocates don't seem to think through policy ideas.
