The latest report is that Oakland Police found a man at Lakeshore and I 580 off ramp to Lake Park sleeping in his car. Then police noticed he had a gun in the seat next to him with an extended pack. They opened fire according to an officer I talked to. The officer does not know if the man drew his gun first. I do not know if the man was black but he is at Highland Hospital.
