Dylann Storm Roof Arrested. The suspect in the Charleston Shooting, Dylann Storm Roof, was arrested in Shelby, North Carolina and taken into custody. He is the 21 year old who walked into Emanuel AME Church and killed nine black people all because he hated interracial dating. Stay tuned.
