Rachel Dolezal is NAACP Chapter executive director of the Spokane NAACP. But she is under fire for falsely portraying herself as black - and that comes from her family. What someone says Is Her Montana birth certificate has her as being from two white parents. My feeling is that if Rachel Dolezal wants to be black, let her be black!
