Stay Away From SF City Hall; Man With Gun - SFPD Closed Off - Update This overhead video shows a SWAT team among various law enforcement officers controlling a perimeter around San Francisco City Hall. According to SFPD, a man with a semi-automatic weapon is in the plaza. Why he is, is not known. Stay tuned.
