Man With Gun At SF City Hall Plaza - Eyewitness Account Of Car Chase Michael just gave me his eyewitness account of what he says was a man speeding along Golden Gate just off Market Street and headed toward City Hall Plaza. SF Police were just behind him, giving chase. According to an SFPD officer who talked to me, a man with a semi-automatic gun is in SF City Hall as of about 25 minutes ago. Why he is there no one knows at this time.
