Jack London Square Oakland Bus Ad Without Blacks

So it's come to this: an ad for a Jack London Square organization on the side of an AC Transit Bus that was totally devoid of black people. It's a bad sign that some don't want us in Oakland. That needs to change. Oakland has a rich black history that must not be forgotten or ignored as well as a healthy black population. Oakland was once 50 percent black but just because our ranks have decreased is no reason to forget we exist.
