Matt McGloin is in his third season work the Oakland Raiders and each year his name has been in the conversation of who leads the Silver and Black. The reason is very simple: he plays well. Matt was 10 of 11 for 104 yards and one touchdown. Carr was 6 of 9 and Ponder was 6 of 8. Carr three a pick as did Ponder, who added a touchdown pass. Watch out for Matt.
