Blacks In Tech? Many! Perception Is The Problem

There is this idea that there are not a lot of blacks in tech. That is a load of crap. The problem is one of perception. Between the media and our own lack of desire to see other blacks in tech as being in tech, the actions of blacks in tech are chronically and severely under-reported. That has to change.
