Oakland Coliseum City Raiders Stadium Update In this update I talk about how I tested a spreadsheet run that assumes zero naming rights and sponsorship revenues. The result is the plan still generated over $20 million in surplus revenue. The overall project cost is $678 million for a new West Side and end zones and 610 hotel rooms on the north end. Moreover all of the revenue steams had percentages of 65 percent for hotel occupancy and for personal seat licenses. And the PSLs were at an average of just $3,500 each. There are also 300 new luxury boxes at just $165k each. Not a lot. And it works. Stay tuned.
