Windell Middlebrooks Passes RIP Kirby Windell Middlebrooks, the great actor and writer who was the Miller Delivery Guy, and on "Body Of Proof", and "Cougar Town" and "Scrubs" as well as "Kirby" on "The Suite Life", passed away at 36 due to a myocardial infection which is a heart attack. That is way too young for anyone to pass on. He was found unconscious in his home.
